Closed Captioning is not appearing on a program. What should I do?

As of January 2006, we are mandated by the FCC to caption all programming. Therefore, your affiliate may be inadvertently blanking out where the CC lives. When equipment starts to fail or malfunction, it is possible for the affiliate to lose CC. We ask that you contact your service provider regarding the loss of closed captioning.
